At Tragic Rogue, each journal is created and prepared with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items that are in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged items caused after delivery.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.
