At Tragic Rogue, we work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to process and deliver your order. Because our products are fulfilled through a drop shipping model, shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the item, supplier, destination, and carrier.
Processing Time

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other events outside our control. While we will do our best to help resolve issues, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us or to the supplier due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tragic Rogue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local postal carrier before contacting us.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs and International Orders
If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
